My Story

This work is not something I chose randomly.
It came from living through it.

There was a time in my life where I struggled deeply with low self-esteem, depression, and self-harm. I felt disconnected from myself, stuck in patterns I didn’t understand, and unsure of how to move forward in a way that actually felt better.

From the outside, it might not have always been visible.
But internally, I knew something wasn’t right.

What began as a search for relief slowly became a journey of understanding:

Understanding my patterns.
Understanding my emotions.
Understanding my energy.
Understanding the version of me I was unconsciously being.

And most importantly… learning that I could become someone new.

Through energy work, intuitive development, and identity-based transformation, I started to shift not just how I felt, but how I showed up in my life.

That is what I now help others do.

Not by fixing you, but by helping you see yourself clearly, reconnect with your power, and become the version of you who no longer lives in those cycles.

• Ongoing personal practice in intuitive development, energy work, and embodiment-based transformation
